Ævintýrahúsin / Adventure Houses Iceland is dedicated to creating extraordinary group escapes through our exclusive, fully equipped villas nestled in the breathtaking landscapes of Northern Iceland. Our signature destinations include:
- Hóll Adventure House, tucked into the dramatic fjords of Siglufjörður. This beautifully renovated gathering house, steeped in community and sporting heritage, accommodates up to 35 guests across 12 bedrooms (a spacious main house plus an annex).
Step outside to enjoy a hot tub for 20+ with panoramic views, relax in the sauna, host gatherings in the event hall, or cook feasts using the top-tier indoor kitchen, each amenity designed for communal fun and comfort. - Old Parsonage House – The Historic Retreat in Eyjafjörður, a stately countryside villa just outside Akureyri, was once a priest’s residence but is now being transformed into a luxurious group retreat. It spans approximately 400 m², has 12 bedrooms for 28+ guests, and features a hot tub for 20+, a serene sauna with cold plunge by the stream, and an expansive event house equipped with bar, games, and space for celebrations. Outdoor feasts come alive thanks to a wood-fired pizza oven, BBQs, and banquet-style setup.
All of our locations are thoughtfully positioned for year-round adventure, whether it’s fjord-side walks, mountain skiing, Northern Lights viewing, cultural festivals like the Folk Music Festival, or simply relaxing in cozy luxury. Guests enjoy both immersive nature and easy access to charming towns and local attractions
